I have to agree with other postings I've read as well as the words of those riding in the shuttle from the Leith VW shop to work. I've never had a good experience. My mom graciously took my car in one day since I was too sick to drive and after questioning a few things on the prepaid service plan, the guy who sold us the plan (Jerame) admitted a problem with the wording of the plan and promised to have 'extra' service done on my car since I was mislead about the service pack. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. When I called to ask about the extra work, Jerame told me that he didn't remember me being in the room with him and my mom and that he never even looked at my car or the paperwork in the glove compartment regarding "extra oil changes". He got quite frustrated with me, told me that he was the one in charge when I asked to speak to his boss and then finally transferred me to the service center guys.
