I recently retained Reid to handle my divorce. I knew after talking to him the first time that he was a straight-forward and knowlegeable divorce attorney.
Everythng in the divorce was handled very professionally, and he seemed to know at every turn whether to be tough, and when it was time to start trying to find a middle-ground. The other very good part of his service is that he keeps you completely invloved in every step, including his e-mail messages back and forth, etc. I never had to call to find out what was happening. If it was happeing, I knew it as it happened.
Reid has a very strong personality, which you see the first time you meet hm, but you really don't appreciate the importance until you see him in the courtroom. He is very much in his own element and he is certainly in command.
If you are looking for an attorney that will comfort you and try to understand the emotional issues, I would not choose Reid. If you need an attorney that completely understands the process, keeps you involved as things happen, can be reached almost any time, and who aggressively gets things done, then Reid would be the perfect choice in my opinion.
