Although this is a local business my service was very impersonal. The doctor that i saw did not seem to care too much about my pet and was short with his answers. My appointment felt like a sales pitch. I was constantly being told that I should be using these products or my pet required these services. I brought my dog in for a simple ear infection and was being sold a dental cleaning.
