Review content:
We called Roto-Rooter late in the day when the drain in my basement backed up and started overflowing with sewage. We were planning to leave on vacation the next morning. We called a service person, and he was at our house within a couple hours and spent two hours cleaning the drainage line and the main line to the front yard -- outside in the dark. He explained everything he was going to do ahead of time and then took the time afterward to explain what he found and how to prevent future problems. He also suggested possible options if the problem was not resolved. When we returned from vacation, a week later the same problem happened. We called Roto-Rooter again. The same service person was at our house shortly after and cleared the line again, without charge. The problem seems to be resolved now. We were very happy with the service.
