Horrible place. Receptionists are unqualified as well as the "stylists". I wanted a fringe trim a few years back (simple right) and she cut my entire bangs off! Didnt acknowledge her mistake and i was forced to pay. Ever since then i refused to get my hair touched by any of these "stylists", but there are times when I have to go in to buy hair color (only if cosmo prof is closed) and i feel so unwelcomed by the trashy unwelcoming staff. I dont understand why this place remains open.
