I have no problem with bad reviews except I cannot write one about this wonderful place. \r
First of all I am a nurse and medical professionals do make mistakes. No one is perfect. \r
I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here and especially after I had to put my 14 year old dog down a few months ago. The staff are SO NICE on the phone. You can ask them anything and they are so polite. \r
If you need to get your pet in ASAP they try to accomodate you. \r
I never bought my food there and can say I never had to wait longer than 20 mins for my appointment. Seeing that 2 dogs came in on stretchers I realized it was emergencies that put them behind the one day we were there. \r
My dog was on medication and we boarded her there many times - she was a hospital board and I always felt they took very good care of her. \r
It's a busy place so they must be doing something right. I have another friend who feels the same way about them. Nothing but nice things to say. So if you have one bad visit
