Like some of the other reviewers, I too have had a bad experience with Old Marple. My husband found what he thought were worms in our dog's stools. He called Old Marple and they said to bring in a sample. He dropped it off and they said they would call us. This was around 7 pm so we waited until the next morning to call. When he called, the women who answered the phone said they hadn't found anything in the stool sample. My husband asked how this could be when he saw it with his own eyes, as did my 3 year old. They kept saying they could see nothing when they looked at the sample under the microscope and my husband again said that did not make sense since he could see them without a microscope. When pressed and after my husband described the worms again, the person on the other end said "oh well then it sounds like tapeworm". Oh really? 5 minutes ago you said you didn't find anything at all. The women said she would have the vet take a look. Silly me, I was under the impres
