After driving around for about 4 months, unaware that the muffler in my car had a hole the size of a rabbit's hole, one the mechanics at sears was kind enough to inform me that if I got a new muffler installed, the car would cease to sound as though I was riding in a handicapped version harley davidson, and it would also improve my gas mileage...chi ching$$$$$ Here I was driving around town, thinking the damn car is just loud and there was nothing I could do about it. So my quest begun for a place that wouldn't rip me off to install a new muffler. I called mineke, aamco, and a few other local mechanics trying to get a quote. Amazingly enough, everyone I called was unable to give me a straight answer until I got the idea to call a trusted mechanic I used once who worked on the BMW, and he did not hesitate to t
