We have been going to Pollards for over a year. Food is usually great but, this time Jul 21, 2006 the greens tasted bad, the mac & cheese was very mushy, and the sweet potatoes was soggy. First time this has happened. I called to tell them that I was unhappy and all I herd in the background was how good a cook she is and I must be mistaken. Guess customer service has really gone down hill lately. No wonder they only got silver for best chicken. I will never eat at Pollards again because of the terrible customer service.
