I think Dr. Noto WAS a good vet. He built this beautiful new center that WE are paying for. His prices truly did go through the roof. You are hassled from the begin to end about blood work, heart worm check, etc. All things to make money. He usually WONT prescribe a med with out first completing blood work, after he makes you feel your dog is in kidney or liver failure and thats why it is ESSENTIAL that you do it...(ya right). Blood work is 95.00 and an office visit is 42.00. Always gives shots in addition to oral tablets to charge more. I read the above article and the SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. I am wondering if all the good things said about him are written by his staff and him to gain business. I recently found a new vet who charged me 58.00 for shots, nail clipped, and office visit. You do the math. Dr. Noto is a RIP OFF!!
