I have been using this firm for general auto repairs for well over twenty of my 28 years in Charlottesville. During that time, I have encountered nothing less than complete courtesy, knowledge, and care for my vehicle's maintenance. They are like my family doctor -- they have my complete trust and confidence. There have been times where they have looked at a vehicle, and determined no repair was necessary, just a bit of air to blow some dirt or debris -- no charge. And I have had a transmission replaced, which was not cheap, but considerably less expensive than other alternatives. These are good, honest people, and Scott gives it to you straight -- one cannot account for difficult customers who think that they know everything, shop around for a "deal", and get what they deserve somewhere else. If you have a question, this is the kind of place that will give you an answer -- and, honestly, I'd have been all over an estimate that does not make sense to me -- and I've been SHOWN what's go
