Nov 2009, my cat got sick and we brought him to Chanhassen Veterinary Clinic. At the first visit, we signed a paper with the estimate about 350.00. And they said they will contact us next day and let us know the status. Next day, they didn't call, and we called several times and finally the vet said they needed to keep the cat one more day. The day after, still they didn't call by the end of the day. I called and didnt get a straight answer. I have to make my husband to call them. Still it took him call them twice and finally told us that the cat was not well and the bill was over $1000. We took the cat back the day after. Tthe second day after we brought the cat home, we had to bring him to the emergency clinic and put him down. That was about $200.00. \r \r How do I feel about this clinic?
