I used to be train at this gwun (studio) years ago, and only stopped because I had to move for my job. The reason I chose this gwun was because, unlike many martial arts schools these days, where the Sifu or Master just sits around and lets his senior students run the class, Sifu Ken Edwards was very involved in training each and every one of his students. He's very hands on and knowledgeable, and his mastery of the style and martial arts in general is superb. He's also got great stories to tell, and is just a good guy all-around. The gwun is always clean, and aside from the fact that the ceiling could be higher, is a good environment to learn, train and work out. Go and visit if you have even the slightest interest in Chinese kung-fu. I believe he also offers a free class, but don't quote me on that. PROS: Great Sifu, teaching staff, great for kids, awesome workout CONS: Ceiling is low, which makes it tough to train indoors with long weapons
