Review content:
I've only been to Windcrest a few times in my past, but outside of their outrageous charges, found them to be very compassionate and caring when it came to my cat Ryan and me. I adopted him from Windcrest, and had a great experience in the adoption process. Out of 7 cats I've raised, he is the best cat I've ever had! \r

Ryan was declawed there by laser (at my request) and he never had problems or complications. His recovery was quick and easy. One time I accidentally gave him a med I was taking at the time by accident instead of his own (mine looked exactly like his) and when I rushed him to emergency there, they took care of him very well. The lady vet was very compassionate with me and comforting. It left me with a lasting and warm impression. I didn't get the impression that Ryan was abused in any way during his emergency care and his recovery was excellent. \r

The only negative I've experienced was asking what they would charge to clean his teeth. The tech came back to my exam ro
