Review content:
I had my older cat at the Banfield Hospital Brandywine because he was drinking more, not that active etc. - they found out after taking xrays that he had a luxating patellar (kneecap out of place) and they scheduled me (without asking) for surgery for about $2000 - $2500. They didn't take blood etc. He got worse, was almost all day sleeping and just not himself. He lost rapidly muscle mass in just a couple of days and his belly was extended. I called Windcrest and got an appointment the same day. Unfortunately my cat had to put down. After the appropriate tests (bloodwork, belly-tab etc) we found out that he had a pancreatitis and the inflamation caused an internal abszess and erruppted into his belly and infected all other organs - no help for him at this point. \r
From the point I entered the clinic we where treated with the most respect and dignity and even they never met us, put him down made even the vet and the tech cry. \r
They also take care of you after you had to put an animal
