I give my child's smile an A, what it took to get it, a C. Our experience at Dr. Lach's office is one of those that they were all great until you paid. We visited the office twice before committing and paying in full, over $4000. The first two visits were great, greated with a smile, people were interested in us, or should I say our money. Once we paid and attended the rest of the scheduled appointments, we were met with unsmiling faces, rescheduled appointments (without us being told they were rescheduled), late, late, and more late appointments. Like I said, my child's teeth look great, but the service was not so great.
