Friendly, dedicated, and knowledgeable service and sales. Mark and his staff have the pulse and heartbeat of true customer service, complimented by guaranteed satisfaction. Not just in the business to service or sell cars, I found quality and realiability with ease, beginning with my first telephone contact and concluding with my satisfied purchase. I was made comfortable from day one at a no pressure sale of one of the cleanest used car purchases to be made, all at a more than reasonable price. I am equally certain that all work performed on my newly purchased vehicle will come from Tips Cadillac. Clean, low mileage vehicles that takes the worry out of purchasing a lemon or someone else's undisclosed worries. Tips just met another satisfied customer worthy of continued business. I would recommend them to anyone looking for sales or quality service. It is my belief that Mark would not sale you a vehicle that he or his loved ones would not feel comfortable in owning or driving.
