Review content:
My house is a plumber's nightmare, The bathroom sink had been clogged for more than a year, there was no water pipe leading to the outside, and the flue pipe from the hot water tank had rusted, crumbled, and fallen off. I am a senior citizen with Multiple sclerosis and a limited income. Because so often people of my age and condition are taken advantage of,it is what I had come to expect and guard myself against. When Scott, the plumber from Roto-Rooter, arrived at my door on Thursday 5-24-12, he was an unexpected surprise. He was kind, courterous, knowledgrable, professional, and a life saver. He right away realized that odorless, poisonous carbon monoxide was escaping from my hot water tank. Scott made the resolution of that potentially life-threatening problem a priority even before he tackled the rest of my nightmare. By the time Scott left my house I could use my bathroom sink, I had a water pipe leading to the outside, and most importantly I was no longer inhaling poison.
