My garbage disposal died the day before I was to prepare my first Christmas dinner for my family and friends. To say that I was less than pleased was an understatement, especially since I had just had the disposal replaced two years earlier. I logged on to the internet and set up an online appointment with Roto Rooter. I was afraid that with the holiday and the short notice, that I was going to have a nightmare of a time both setting up the appointment and paying the bill. The next morning, Roto Rooter confirmed my appointment and sent John to the house. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He showed me where the previous plumber had been negligent, and broke down the process of both repairing/replacing/or replumbing the sink. He did a great job installing the new disposal, and I was thankful that he explained to me the pricing, and the way that the checks were processed. Once the job was complete, he cleaned up, and we just chatte
