Prompt, helpful and excellent service from local Cleveland plumbing company - Roto-Rooter. I contacted them on Sunday afternoon around 4pm after my tenant had called that the sewer in the basement had backed up and there was quite a mess down there. Roto-Rooter was called; they said they would have someone out that evening. I received three (3) separate phone calls keeping me informed of timing on when a technician would be at the home. I received the last call thirty minutes prior to the appointment. When I arrived, the technician was pulling in the drive. Right on time. The technician introduced himself, as Jesse and proceeded to investigate the issue. He promptly started the process of snaking the sewer line and clearing it up. All mess was cleaned up and he provide a courtesy camera view of the entire drain. He also discussed jet washing the lines and the benefits of preventing future problems.
