Review content:
We had a slow running kitchen sink drain and when you ran the water for a period of time the water would back up into the sink. We tried brand name drain cleaners but nothing worked. Called Roto Rooter and they sent John to fix the problem. It turned out to be a most difficult job and John used all the tricks in his bag to open the drain. He worked tirelessly to open the clog which he determined was under the basement floor out near the connection to the main sanitary line. John was bound and determined to open the clog thus saving us an unnecessary expense of having to dig up the front yard and snake through the main sewer cleanout. John got the the drain open and I can't thank him enough. We will continue to use Roto Rooter for our plumbing requirements in the future.
