Review content:
Despite the reputation that Dr. Booker has attained over the years, her dental practice is far from the glowing attributes previously spoken of. Upon my daughter's first visit, I observed a busy waiting room full of anxious children and parents. The physical appearance did not help to decrease any anxiety. Aside from the brilliantly colored carpeting, the lighting and lack of cleanliness was a poor reflection. The latter was reflected by a terrible odor coming from the carpet that was apparent on the 1st and 2nd visits. However, the most disconcerting of my experiences was the demeanor and approach of Dr. Booker. Apparently, her modus operandi is to scare the already frightened children into compliance. She remarked repeatedly in response to my child's anxiety: "Don't wake up my baby with your crying and whinng." The fictious "baby" was created to keep children from crying. To add insult to injury, my attempts to calm my child was met with equally disturbing behavior from Dr. Booker. S
