Robert and his crew came out to replace several parts of carpet, pad, and sealed the cement underneath due to my cat urinating there. First I had my carpet cleaned by another co. That didn't work so I called Robert. He told me on the phone that cleaning wouldn't work. I wish I had called him first. My house smells like new and with the excellent job they did, you can't even see where the carpet was replaced. What they charged was only slightly more than I wasted on the carpet cleaning! I would highly recommend them......... Lori
