Review content:
Robert and Alan arrived at our house on time and prefessionally attired. After assessing our carpet situation, which was pet related, they started in. When the carpet was pulled up and the extent of the damage could be seen, they reassessed the situation, gave us a new all inclusive total that was extremely reasonable and got right to work. They even went so far as to seal the wood underneath, replace as much of the carpet as possible with left over carpet we had and cleaned up afterward. The process was so quick and efficient, my children (3 years & 16 weeks) were never displaced! While checking their work, they noticed other places in the upstairs hallway that needed repair. They were spots that the builder had not properly glued the carpet, so they repaired those and a spot where the cat had clawed in no time flat. They are a blessing!! I would recommend them to absolutley anyone looking to repair their carpet. We plan to utilize their carpet cleaning service next as we are so pleased by their professionalism. Thank you Robert and Alan for everything!
