My dog enjoys using the carpet on the stairs as a way to release anxiety. I needed the two stairs repaired immediately. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair on Tuesday and received a call back within two hours. Robert was very professional and accommodating! He scheduled my job for the very next day at Noon and was promptly here ready to work!
