Businiess name:  Bair Keystone Body Shop

Review content:
Let me begin by telling you that I used to work at a busy auto-body shop in the Valley, so I know how these guys can be. I don't go in expecting to be treated like a princess, brown-nosed and kissed-up to; I know that body-shop guys are on the rough side customer-service-wise. \r What I do expect is superior work on my car. This is exactly what I received from Bairs Keystone. Mike came highly recommended from a respected source (I knew not to expect prince charming) and I did my part; not grinding him with pointless price comparisons...I let him do what he needed to do. I would never be so inconsiderate as to wave other body-shops bids in front of his busy face, never interrupt any business person engaged in another conversation, and never be annoying enough to provoke anger. ANYONE who has had a problem with this outstanding company is the kind of person who has problems wherever they do business. \r I highly recommend Michael Smilove and Bairs Keystone. They are at the top of their gam
