Review content:
A large storage box was rented for 2+ years at $40 per month. No complaints until we went to take the stuff out of it and discontinue our contract. We couldn't get our lock off of it. Long story short, when the box was moved by EZ storage for us to gain access to it, an employee smashed the lock against something and thus the lock wouldn't open. It had to be cut off. They woudn't make it right by reimbursing us for the lock. They said in the contract that they were not responsible. But come on, you did the damage yourself. It wasn't because of our negligence or another customer on the premises. Be honest here. THEY were the ones to do the damage to the lock. THEY were rude about it to boot. We were extremely disppointed in the employees attitudes and will NOT EVER do business with them again and will suggest that others don't do business with them either.
