toni is a joke! She is suppose to be the director or education but she should be the director of ignorance! I have never been in an environment like this! It. Is survival of the fittest atmosphere, not teamwork like they try to pretend! There are some Instructors who really care and try really hard but you can tell that their spirits have been trampled on by their bosses ( the administration) let's just say they only care about you when they are about to loose you whether your a student or staff! Retention retention retention! F*** your retention! Without good instructors your school isn't worthwhile you f***ing moron! Wake the f*** up DICK SHEPARD and realize that a 50% turn over rate with your staff and faculty speaks way louder than any retention rate you may have salvaged thanks to none other than the faculty that gets treated like fecal matter!
