Dr. Scott Jackson of VCA Midpark should be commended for his dedication to individuals and their animals. His kindness and consideration for all aspects of your pets care is remarkable. I have gone to Dr. Jackson for 15+ years and have worked with him and his staff on a regular basis. Currently, I have six dogs all seen by VCA Midpark and Dr. Jackson. He listens to you, takes his time during exams, reviews each patient individually and addresses their needs based on your lifestyle, ability to pay and ultimately what you feel is comfortable and right for your animal. He never pushes unwanted/unnecessary services upon you. Dr. Jackson will even take time out of his busy patient schedule to stop and speak with you when necessary (without an appointment for example). This includes calling you promptly back when messages are left or questions are asked. He makes it his priority to address whatever concerns or issues you may be dealing with relative to your pet.
