My Husband and I went to this office regarding a stray that that we were concerned about, she was so thin and must have been left to die at the Pedley Animal supply on limonite. We spoke with the lady at the front counter and asked for the phone number to the animal shelter, she gave us the number to some emergency care clinic and was rude and short with us, like we were bothering her. We also had in mind at that time to make an appointment for our dog, so my husband asked her what the office fee was and she answered in a rude manner. She had no caring in her voice for the animal (STRAY) or for us as new patients. I came home and called and I spoke to her on the phone and she was still a rude person on the phone. This is sad for customer service. If everyone else is like this person I would never take my pet to this animal care facility. NO HEART..IN THIS FACILITY
