Review content:
Brought a pair of Air-Titanium frames into the store to refit with sunglasses. One of the nose pieces was missing and I purchased several new ones for future replacements. Completed glasses were sent UPS to me with nose piece still missing and the ear piece plastic hanging off the glasses. Would think for $265 (for two plain lense prescription) they would at least return the frames in tact. If this is the superior experience they speak of on their website, it seems to me that it's more about the money than the customer. This place is very expensive too!
