Review content:
I am a young professional, and I rented a property in a middle-class neighborhood through Bryant company in Indianapolis. From the beginning, my dealings with this company have been terrible. They neglected a basic repair on the property I was about to move into even though I emailed or called my agent 4 times asking that it be fixed prior to my moving in (I had to remind her each time I called what I needed done).\r

Since moving in, the few times I've called with maintenance issues, they are slow to respond, and never give me a time estimate about when I my problem will be addressed.\r

The worst part, though, is the home inspection they insist on doing twice a year where they enter my home and nit-pick about minor things throughout the house or issues with the property that pre-existed my stay (paint peeling, leaves in the gutter, or lack of deck repair). I feel as though I'm being treated as a second-class citizen or like I'm having dorm-inspection in college.\r
