My experience at the Aveda Salon and school was a very poor one. The technicians were unprofessional and their skill level was of the poorest quality. The techs continually spoke to each other and anyone passing by. They were not prepared with the items needed to perform the services. They were actually hurting my nails by scraping the surface. The shaping and polishing of nails and feet was uneven. The polishing looked as if it were done by a five year old. The nail area was very dirty. The techs attitude was one of disinterest and certainly not geared to good service. I will never have those services there again. The instructors checked the techs work. They are either suffering from poor eyesight or did not care about the student's work. Horrible experience.
