Usually I have Debi at City Looks who does a fantastic job. Debi was not available the day before Thanksgiving. I was getting two colors in my hair, a dark brown and a light brown on top. The stylist who's name started with an "M" left the light color in for over an hour to"lift" she said. My hair was Bozo red on my roots and some on the way down. I was appalled. She kept telling me that I would look good in any color. She tried to netrualize it, but it didn't really work. I was also supposed to have a hair cut, but she never finished because we were both distraught about my hair. I came in at 6:00 PM and didn't leave until 9:15 PM. She had an attitude with me towards the end because it was too late for us to stay and do anything. She called her manager, which didn't help. She then charged me $38.00 for this fiasco, but kindly stated that she knocked off $48.00. After, I went to Target and bought my self a box of brown dye. I fixed it myself and my hair looked fine.
