DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Home Depot and Lowes have better prices! I went to CV Tile to get a quote on tiling for my bathroom yesterday (01/12/2010). This Vietnamese-looking guy helped me with some quotes. I was armed with a list of prices from both Home Depot and Lowes. When this Vietnamese guy gave me the prices on the tiles I was looking for, I noticed they were a bit HIGH (about 25% higher). So I asked him if they compete with Home Depot or Lowes' prices. No sooner had I asked that question, he says, ""You're gonna have to talk to the manager."" Then he got up from behind his desk and walked away. So I looked over at his manager--five feet over. This Hispanic-looking guy looks like he's working on a quote; so, I figure i'll look around a little and give him a chance to finish. After a few minutes, I go back to the counter to see if he was done. This guy wouldn't even lift his head to show some courtesy and asked if I've been helped. Instead, he continued to look down on his desk and pretend he was doing something. Okay, so I'll look around a little more to give him some time. During this walk-around the place I figure another sales person would bother to approach me and asked if I needed some help--NOT ONE SOUL APPROACHED ME!! After that, I gave it up and started to leave. On my way to the door, I peered over to this so-called ""manager"" and I saw him tilt his head up slightly to see what I was doing. I guess he wanted to make sure I got the hint that CV Tile doesn't like helping people looking for better prices. Lesson learned! Don't ever waste my valuable time with this place anymore. Pros: Lotsa parking on a dirt lot Cons: Overpriced, unfriendly attitude, no help what-so-ever
