My family took my mother to celebrate her 60th birthday, as it WAS her favorite restaurant. I cannot imagine worse service. From the very beginning it was obvious they wanted us to eat and get out. We were going to grab a quick drink before sitting down but the Host insisted we sit right away. The waiter asked us three times in the first 5-10 minutes if we were ready to order and the rest of the night didn't get any better. Taking away plates (or trying to anyway) when there was still food on the table and not asking if people were done. I can't make it any clearer, the service here is abysmal and I am very glad to see a number of other posts saying the same thing.\r
When you go to a restaraunt as nice as this, and spend the kind of money we did, you should not feel as though you need to rush through dinner.....they completely ruined our night.\r
There are so many other options for good food, where they appreciate your business....Prezza is NOT one of them.\r
