Myself and family were patients at Holly Tree for close to 10 years. In 2008 we got our records transferred for our kids, and I am in the process of doing the same for myself and my husband. I thought it was standard to have to wait for over an hour to see a doctor. Come to find out, after visiting my childrens new doctor for many visits, it doesn't have to be that way. We preferred Dr. White over the other doctors, but he was never available when we needed him the most. Then we would have to wait, usually with sick children for over an hour. I cannot say that the office staff was particularly friendly, but not rude either. I never saw the same people behind the desk for more than a couple of months. That probably says something about the practice as a whole. I would not recommend this office to anyone that asked. The parking lot is terrible also.
