My two miniature dachshunds and I recently moved to Charlotte a few months ago and were in need of a new vet. I was referred to Height Veterinary Hospital by my sister-in-law, who also brings her miniature dachshund here. Since day one, Oscar, Bali and I have been welcomed every time we have walked through the front door with HUGE smiles by everyone in the office. I really appreciate how they give each person and pet so much one-on-one attention here. They have always taken their time to answer each and every question I have no matter how long I am in the room, which is re-assuring. The last visit I had with Oscar, the vet even sat with us on the floor to explain in detail his diagnosis: Intervertebral Disk Disease. Any diagnosis may be difficult to hear, but the vet and staff at Height Veterinary Clinic made it clear that they will be with us every step of the way. I also greatly appreciate how their office manager, Jody, has helped me on a personal level to advance my career. Height Veterinary Clinic is more than just your average vet…it is obvious they TRULY care about you and your pet’s well-being!
