I went to get a simple procedure of hair straightening which I normally have gotten done down the street at Samusal 4-5 times...I should have gone there instead...I lost my $230 and my hair isn't straight....not only that I had gone back twice showing how my hair wasn't straight and he spent more hours ""fixing"" my hair. Overall I spent 5 hours the first day 3 hours the next time and another hour the third time!! and it still wasn't fixed and to top it off my hair from the section that wasn't straight is falling out, the texture is horrendous. Please do not go there unless you want to be ripped off and want ugly hair! I would give zero stars but there was no option for that...
