Review content:
I can only say positive things about Northfield Animal Hospital. I took my dog there for years and they were always so nice to her and took excellent care of her. Everyone loved her there and she loved all of them. I never had to fight to get her there...she actually looked forward to going to see everyone that worked there (and I took her every two weeks for her nails to be trimmed among other well visits or sick visits). Recently I found out that she had a terminal illness. They were so caring when they informed me of the seriousness of this illness and counseled me on every detail. My decision to have her euthanized was based on the fact that she was suffering and had no quality of life at this point. When she was euthanized, our family held our dog while crying and talking about how great she was. The vet/tech was right there with us talking about her and crying along with us. They knew her like we did and helped her to have a long happy life. She was almost twelve when she died. I have to say that these other posts that have given this hospital a terrible review may not have been long term patients. I took my dog there for years and NEVER had a problem with anyone...EVER! The next pet that my family gets...we will no doubt be going to Northfield Animal Hospital.
