Couldn't have been a better experience......... staff was as pleasant and caring as can be; helpful and knowledgeable. The vet? She was the BEST; extremely straightforward, compassionate, caring. She laid out all my options -all the pros and cons of each. Then she --and her staff-- helped me to pick the best one. I didn't have a lot of $$.....but this hospital ""worked with me"" and helped me and my cat. Thanks to the vet, my cat's doing great! This vet took the time to listen to me, she figured out what the problem was (where 3 others had not), she provided me with options that fit my budget (gave me an estimate and stayed wihtin it); I'll never go anywhere else! Thank you Northfield AH!!!!
