I bought a 6 package laser hair removal package through Sharing Spree. I went in today for my first appt. today and was told after being there for 20 minutes that it had been cancelled. Per the front desk worker, they left a message for me last week and didn't hear anything back. She then told me the number they left the message at, and it was, of course, the wrong number (though they did call me back to schedule my initial appt, so not sure how they had the wrong number). I was also informed the would only be doing the laser removals at this location on Wednesday and Thursdays. The laser is moved from location to location depending on the day of the week, and per the worker it needs ""at least one day to rest.""
Though the worker was very nice and apologetic nothing was done about my loss of time and actual loss of money (I had hired a babysitter so I could go). I would advise all to stay away from this place as the customer service is sub-par. Clearly they do not care if a customer is lost.
