Right from the greeting at the door, the professionalism was fabulous. I have never had such a friendly and thorough service professional. Even when I said I didn't have questions he told information I needed to know! He explained everything, saved me money by double checking work order and restated everything we talked about so we were both on the same page. My carpet looks awesome because of the extra time and care he took to get red juice, play-doh and oil stains out of the carpet. Now I feel like I don't need new carpet as soon as I thought!
