Review content:
Crystal Crystal Carpet Care came and the cleanliness seemed great when they left but the stains resurfaced soon after. They said that they had cleaned the carpet in a lasting way but within a week it was looking dirty again. The company is very professional but I would not rate the quality of their service very highly.

Thank you so much for your review of your service from May 3, 2013. Would like to have a conversation regarding stains resurfacing so that we might determine if we can address the stains toward a more favorable result.
The technology does not normally lead to resurfacing or rapid resoiling.
However, there are occations where material rises from the backing and the pad. There may also be concerns with competing chemistry from other processes used in the past.
