I have never experienced such an incompetent law office in my life. They have been working on a case for my family for a few years now and they are never in the office, the phone is frequently out of order and when you are able to get through they never return phone calls. They never submit paperwork on our behalf and do not inform us of updates or provide us with copies of anything. They use an outside service and the person who is handling the file cannot be contacted. We are in the process of replacing this horrible so-called attorney, FRANK TANTONE. Stay away from this firm. They have no website either. Shady.\r
