I have been to many vets over the years as I traveled a lot for 10 years. Without a doubt, this clinic is the BEST. From the front office staff, to the technicians, and, of course, the vets, everyone is kind and genuinely care about their patients as well as their human companions. When I first started taking my pets there after a very poor experience at another local vet (All Creatures---AVOID) Dr. Ready was my vet and she was wonderful. When she moved on, Dr. Odachowski took over for my pets. She is very wonderful as well and it has become clear to me over the past few years that this is the norm at the clinic. I had a cat go through 2 years of kidney failure which they helped us through so much and more recently, my pooch has come down with cancer. Although this is a very difficult time, I am so relieved to have such a supportive clinic, vet and staff. Although Dr. O is our primary, when she hasn't been available during a couple emergency visits, the other vets have been very attentive and worked very closely with us. Sometimes I have had to wait a bit past my appointment time, but I realize it is because they spend the time they need with clients and patients...well worth the slight inconvenience...just plan for the possibility. Pros: Caring, knowledgeable staff and vets Cons: sometimes a wait
