Patient for about 15 years now and for the last 2 years the people who answer the telephone when I call (EVERY TIME with out exception) have put me on hold & never get back after holding for 10, 15, 20 minutes then I hang up and call back to get the answering service (this has happened at least 4 times on different occasions). They will take message and no one bothers to call me back so I have had to call several times to get an answer. Many times the phone simply does not get answered during office hours. Today I called per their automated request only to have the phone picked up after about 6 rings then SLAMMED down on me with out a hello or anything. It is OBVIOUS the workers at the front desk do not give a damn about their job much less the patients. For this I would give a one star but I just think the world of Amber Miller. She ever leaves I will never step back in their doors!
