Review content:
When I first came to Dr. Ben six months ago, I came with a whole lot of pain and a recommendation for surgery from another chiropractor. There was nothing I could do that wasn’t painful…. I couldn’t sit, stand or lay down. Pain killers would work for an hour, maybe two. I hadn’t had a full nights sleep in several weeks, and simple things such as driving or cooking dinner were nearly impossible. I also had a two year old who couldn’t understand why mama couldn’t play with him, or pick him up, or do anything!\r Within a few months of working with Dr. Ben, that all changed. At first it was a major milestone just to be able to make it through the day. Now I don’t even think about it; I can do all of the things that were my reasons for being a “stay at home” mom in the first place. I can take my son hiking, or to the zoo. When we go to the playground or OMSI I can get involved and play too, not just stand back and watch. We can go out for a bike ride, or spend the morning at the kitchen table working on art projects. And most importantly, I can pick my son up and hold him when he needs me to.\r Jessica \r
