I called Marcucci Heating because I wanted a service contract for my furnace and air conditioner, and I couldn't find another company that would service my units. They came out to look at the four units at my home, and wrote down all the serial numbers. They let me know the condition of each, and explained what they would do during their check-ups. They didn't try to sell me anything, but rather recommended things to me in a reasonable way. The contract is for them to visit at the beginning of each season, and last week they came for my first servicing.
There was no evidence that they were even here, that's how clean they were during their visit. They were very respectful about taking off their shoes, and about minding my new puppy. Once they had completed the check-up, they went over everything with me, explaining what they did and what they were looking for. Best of all, with the contract everything is a flat rate, so I didn't have to worry about any unexpected expenses.
Marcucci really want your business, which they indicate by being on top of things. A few days after the service visit, Connie called me to do a follow-up, making sure that I was pleased with everything. They are a good company, and I'm impressed by how thorough they are. I'm glad I found them.
