I did quite a bit of reach online and offline and talked to multiple vendors, including a few 5-stars vendors from Yelp. Nolan was the one who came with excellent service. He was very informative, and could provide us with one of the best models, and had the best price through the Costco referring program. As the entire deal was backed by Costco, there was nothing I needed to worry comparing to other vendors.
My place was not a straight-forward deal. It really needs someone like Nolan who is willing to take extra steps and troubleshoot quite a bit of different issues.
I would have given 5 stars if only for Nolan and the deal itself. However, I gave 3-4 stars for the technician. I think the one who did ours was a rookie. He was very nice too but did not do his job meticulously. I would not say a bad job but just can't match with the expectation set up by Nolan. Anyway, with Nolan's help, everything was still fine at the end.
